How to Update Your Payment Method at The Gym Group

Keeping your payment method updated at The Gym Group ensures uninterrupted access to your fitness routine. Here's how you can easily update your payment details:

Step 1: Log In to the Member Area

  • Go to The Gym Group's website and sign in to your account through the Member Area.

Step 2: Access 'My Account'

  • Navigate to the 'My Account' section once you're logged in.

Step 3: Update Payment Account Details

  • Within 'My Account', look for the option to update your payment account details.

  • Make sure to process all changes to your payment details before your billing date. If you make changes less than four days before your billing date, the previously registered card or bank account may still be processed.

Note: Always check your billing date before making changes to ensure a smooth transition to your new payment method.
